Downhome Doodles is located in rural Oklahoma. With a scenic location that allows the pups plenty of room to run, it is the perfect place to raise happy, healthy and well-adjusted puppies. She began with her pet dogs and has grown by a few adults since. But the very first DoodleSmith litter arrived in 2018. Because of the smaller size of this program, there aren’t many litters a year. Right now, they are exclusively an F1 Goldendoodle breeder.
They do have a reservation process, but they do not have a waiting list. They want to make sure that each puppy finds the perfect home, so they wait until the litter is almost due and open a reservation form for that specific litter. The breeder does ask questions to make sure you are a good fit for their program and a Goldendoodle puppy. If so, a deposit will be placed and a spot reserved.
All of the puppies are raised with puppy culture, and socialization is a top priority. They want to make sure your puppy can handle any environment they are in.
